What’s as sharp as a knife and as strong as Hercules?
No, we’re not talking about you. But an axe might just be the answer.
The satisfaction of landing your first axe in a target is one of life’s most primal joys. It’s also not bad for letting off steam or impressing your buddies (that gym membership of yours has got to be good for something). It might seem like axe-throwing is geared towards people with Hulk looking arms but that is wrong. Chopper chucking is for everyone.
The Gold Coast is one of the few places that you can leave feeling like you’ve been cast as an extra on Game of Thrones. With professional vikings to take you through all the basics and help perfect your skills, literally anyone to learn how to throw a good axe. Once your stag has dusted off his faithful plaid shirt, we don’t suggest you get between him and his axe.
We also don’t suggest you try this one at home so your Stag party could be your only opportunity to channel your inner Jon Snow. This might be an activity better completed without a drink in hand but including axe throwing in your Stag party will be no axe-ident.

We had a great time, was funny watching the lads pick up an axe for the first time.
I was terrible at first, but picked up the hang of it after a few trys.
This was a part of our fun filled day of activities. It was good to mix it up with something different.
